Me. Nick Knirk. Musician. 36 years old. I graduated from University of North Texas music school in ‘98. I’ve been a full-time musician for about 10 years. (Last time I had a day job was early ‘99.) Toured the northern hemisphere, including Alaska and Greenland with my old original band, Waking Norman. Cut a video in L.A.. Sold a few thousand CDs. Lately, I’ve been working as a sideman for quite a few awesome bands and artists in D/FW. Learned a lot from all of them. I can write and perform in a bunch of situations pretty easily. I have a regular trio gig twice a week. And, it’s going on about 12 years that I’ve been molding the minds of tomorrow’s rockers through private guitar instruction. Let’s talk about me some more… I like to write and produce and get creative in the studio. Lately, I have produced a few radio spots. I love that stuff.
